Another successful market!

Well, the Royal Oak Market has been and gone for the third time - it always seems to come around so quickly and then is over so quickly as well!

It was another successful market for us here at CCS Disability Action.  It was great to have some new stalls mixed in with those who have been with the market since it started in November. We had 1,000 people along on Sunday and the feedback has been really positive, particularly about the great mix of high quality stalls and the interesting work that was available.

We would like to thank all the volunteers who help make the event so successful as well as acknowledge the support from Speedy Signs Newmarket, Onehunga News and the Central Leader for helping us spread the word.

Stallholders that were part of the May market are listed on the side of this blog and I have linked into those that have websites.  So if there was something you saw that you loved,  but didn't buy on the day (don't you hate that!), then hopefully they have a website and you can make that purchase.

The Royal Oak Market is fast becoming a popular local event - its on once a season with the next one happening on Sunday 22 August.  If you are interested in being a stallholder at the market you can contact Susan at susan.mcleod@ccsdisabilityaction.org.nz - applications will open late June / early July and details on how to apply will be available on this blog.
